We also often stock lavender infused or vanilla infused local raw honey at our Breezy Willow Farm Country Market. Honey may be used in any recipe calling for sugar. Decrease amount by 25%. When baking, honey browns faster so you need to reduce the oven temp. by 25 degrees.
