Vegetable Burgers

¾ c. shredded yellow squash
½ c. grated potato   
¼ c. shredded carrot
1 T. chopped  onion
3 T. flour
2 T. cornmeal
½ t. baking powder
½ t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
2 T. beaten egg


Combine. Form 2-4 patties. Cook over medium heat in oil 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
