Tequila Lime Chicken

Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup Cholula hot sauce
3 tablespoons tequila +/-
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 ½ tablespoons kosher salt

Preperation: Combine all ingredients in 1 gallon size zip type bag, and add whole
chicken to bag. Marinade in fridge for at least an hour!
Roast on rotisserie,grill or in the oven until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F. Approximately 20 min per pound. Use indirect heat and do not over cook.
This smells so good and is not too spicy.
