Swiss Chard Italianne

1 Tbls butter                     

 Salt

1/4 tsp grated onion          

1/4 tsp or more basil

1/4 cup tomato pulp

2 cups steamed Swiss chard (just lightly steamed)

In a heatproof serving dish, heat butter; add onion and basil.  Cook a few minutes, add tomato and cooked chard.  Season with salt to taste.  Heat well and serve.  Makes 2-4 servings.

Note:  use chard interchangeably in spinach or kale recipes.
