Swiss Chard & Creamy Pasta

1 lb swiss chard
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup onion, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
½ cup lowfat milk
¼ cup parmesan cheese
8 oz. fettucine, cooked
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt

1. Wash chard and cut it into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in large 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, 1-2 minutes. Add chard, garlic and onion. Cook 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add tomatoes, sour cream, milk, parmesan cheese, cooked fettucine, pepper and salt. Stir well. Serve warm.
