Sugar Snap Peas & Radishes

 A great combination in the spring.  



Large bunch radishes

Pint of sugar snap peas

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Garlic (optional)

Asian flavorings – 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil,
1 tablespoon corn starch (optional), and ½ cup water



Slice or halve the radishes (depending on their size) and sauté them with the sugar snap peas in olive oil, salt and pepper.  If you like garlic, add chopped garlic.  For an Asian twist add corn starch dissolved in water, soy sauce and Asian sesame oil at the last moment.
