Spicy Shrimp and Brussel Sprouts Stir Fry

Ingredients

2tbsp vegetable oil, 1lb trimmed and shredded brussel sprouts, 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced, 1 small green chile or 1/2 tsp asian chili sauce, 1lb peeled and deveined medium shrimp, 2tsp sesame oil, lemon wedges, salt and pepper


Heat 1tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok.  Saute brussel sprouts until tender and season with salt and pepper.  Transfer to a plate and set aside.  Wipe out pan and add remaining vegetable oil to heat.  Add garlic and chile/chili to cook till fragrant.  Add shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper.  Saute until opaque.  Add the brussel sprouts and toss together.  Turn off the heat and drizzle with sesame oil.  Serve with lemon wedges.
