Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry

¾ cup broth
3 tbsp. light soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. ginger root, peeled & minced
1½ tsp. garlic, minced
1 pound boneless chicken, cut in thin strips
1 cup sugar snap peas

Whisk together all ingredients except chicken and peas. Set aside. Sauté chicken over medium-high heat in small amount of olive oil until cooked through. Add sugar snap peas to skillet. Add soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer till sauce thickens, 3 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. 4-6 servings.
