Sangria

1 bottle Pontchatrain or any local white wine

½ pint blueberries

1 peach cut into small cubes

1 nectarine cut into small cubes

1 plum cut into small cubes

1 tsp local honey

Fresh spearmint leaves thinly sliced

Ice cubes

 

Place fruit in a clear glass pitcher and cover with bottle of wine. Add honey and mint leaves. Fill the pitcher with ice and serve. The colors of peach, red, plum, blue and green make this an impressive drink to serve at a locavore party.
