Rhubarb Pie

2 cups rhubarb cut fine

 2 eggs very well beaten

 1 1/3 cup sugar

 3 tablespoons flour

 Pinch of salt


Put rhubarb in pie shell and even out. Mix sugar, flour, and salt thoroughly and then add eggs. Pour mixture over rhubarb and gently even. Bake 15 mins. at 375 degrees; 45 mins. at 325 degrees
