Quick Peach Cobbler

3 cups diced fresh peaches (sweetened to taste)

1 Tbsp. lemon juice                          

1 cup flour                                           

1 cup sugar

½ tsp. salt

1 egg, beaten

6 Tbsp. melted butter

                                                               

Peel, pit and dice peaches. Sweeten to taste. Place in a deep baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift dry ingredients together, then add egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Pour the melted butter over crumb mixture. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 min.
