Pumpkin Pudding

1 cup pumpkin puree                     

2 eggs

1/3 cup sugar

Dash of salt                                         

1 cup milk (or half & half)             

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. nutmeg                                    

½ tsp. allspice

1/8tsp. cloves                                     

¼ tsp. ginger

1-2 Tbsp. melted butter

 

Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a deep casserole dish. Cook for 1 hour, or until it sets and doesn’t wiggle a lot.
