Pesto Sour Cream Dip

1 large bunch fresh basil (or other fresh green herb)
3-5 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cup T olive oil
2 cups sour cream or Greek style yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste

Add basil and garlic to food processor and pulse. Add olive oil and pulse again until well blended. Chill 2-3 hours. Add basil mixture to sour cream or Greek-style yogurt and whisk until well blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve as a vegetable dip or thin with milk to use as salad dressing.
