OREGANO VINAIGRETTE
A great dressing for a classic Greek salad

with cucumbers, olives, tomatoes and feta cheese¼ cup red-wine vinegar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients. Shake before serving. Best used within a few days.
