Miso Yogurt Pickles

Mix equal parts yogurt and miso. Put veggies in there overnight. Remove, rinse, and eat. I used a cup each of miso and yogurt. You can also marinate fish in there and then broil it. Just don't put veggies in there after you've done fish. The mixture can be re-used as long as you don't put meat in it. Just add some salt to it if you are re-using the mixture.
