Marinated Lamb Chops

8 lamb chops

Place in a deep ceramic or glass bowl.


1 small onion (sliced)

1 clove garlic (minced)

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

2 tablespoons prepared mustard

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt


Combine and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Broil over a hot charcoal fire or udner oven broiler 5-10 miinutes per side for medium rare.
