Lavender Dijon Dressing

Lavender Dijon Dressing (from the Lavender Cookbook)

 

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons dried culinary lavender, ground

¾ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon minced garlic

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

 

In jar with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients.  Shake well to combine.

For the best emulsion, mix with handblender or standard blender.
