2 1/2 CUPS Whole-Wheat Flour

1 TSP Baking Soda

1/2 TSP Salt

3 Ripe Bananas (mashed; for extra banana flavor add up to 5)

1/2 CUP Sour Cream

1 CUP Honey

2 Large Eggs

1/3 CUP Oil (you can use Coconut Oil or NON-GMO Canola Oil)

1 TSP vanilla


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9X5-inch bread loaf pan (coconut oil can also be used for this). Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Separately mix mashed bananas with sour cream, honey, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Fold the banana mixture into the flour mixture until blended. Do not over mix. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake loaf for 40 – 50 minutes or until it comes clean with a toothpick.
