Golden Brown Cornbread

3 Cups Home ground meal

1¾ Cups Plain Flour

3 Tsp Baking Powder

1½ Tsp Salt

½ Cup Buttermilk or 3 Tbsp dried milk


Pour ¼ Cup oil into a large cast iron skillet. Put in oven and Preheat to 500. Pour batter into hot skillet and bake until golden brown.

15-20 minutes.
