Giovanniís Salad

4 tomatoes                                        
salt & pepper                                    
cubed mozzarella                            
¼ cup balsamic vinegar                
¼ cup chopped fresh basil           
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp capers
½ cup black olives
red onion, chopped
2/3 cup olive oil
1 head lettuce

Mix tomatoes, salt and pepper, and cubed mozz. with balsamic vinegar. Add basil, garlic, capers, olives, onion, and olive oil. Toss with lettuce.
