GARLIC: Friday Night Garlic

  • ½ head or more of garlic minced small, placed in a shallow bowl.
  • 2-3 tablespoons good quality olive oil poured over garlic.
  • a sprinkling of salt, or a pinch of grated parmesan or Romano cheese.
  • fresh bread for dipping/scooping, a glass of wine, a bowl of soup.
