Fresh Peach Cake

½ cup vegetable oil                       

1 ½ cups sugar                                

2 eggs                                               

2 cups flour                                    

1 tsp. baking soda

 1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 ½ cups mashed peaches

½ cup chopped pecans

 

Combine oil and sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing just until blended. Stir in peaches and pecans. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13x9x2 inch baking pan; bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
