Fresh Herb Dip w. Seasonal Vegetables

2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 green onions, cut in ½-in. pieces
2 T. fresh parsley
1 T. each fresh cilantro, dill, and tarragon
1 tsp. honey OR maple syrup
2 T. apple cider OR white wine OR tarragon vinegar
¼-½ tsp. salt
¾ cup sour cream OR plain yogurt
½ cup mayonnaise
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh-cut raw vegetables (carrots, peppers, summer squash, cherry
    tomatoes, etc.)

  Place garlic, green onions, herbs, honey, salt, and vinegar in food processor or blender. Pulse till finely chopped. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, blending till smooth. Season with pepper to taste. Chill 2 or more hours. Makes 1 cup.
