Danish Cabbage Slaw


1 large head of cabbage (cored and thinnly sliced)

3 cups water

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon caraway seeds or Dill (depending on preferance)

1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Boil water in a large pot; add cabbage and cook for 6-8 minutes.  Drain water, reduce heat to low, and return cabbage to stovetop.  Stir in sour cream, caraway (or dill), and salt; cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Serves 6
