Couscous Casserole

Couscous casserole.


  • At least one cup of Couscous
  • Onion
  • Swiss Chard
  • Philly Cream Cheese
  • Soft white Cheese for topping
  • Chicken –optional
  • Salsa-optional-gives some spice
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare couscous according to package instructions.  Heat oil in a sauté pan and add onion and cook until soft.  Add washed greens chopped and cook until limp.  Add cream cheese and a little milk or water if needed.  Turn off the heat of the stove and stir in the couscous.  Put the mixture in a prepared casserole dish and top with cheese.
