Cilantro Lime Shrimp

This is a super easy recipe to make, and the quantities can be adjusted to taste. Nothing is exact. The longer this marinates, the better. We like to use this recipe in our Mexican cooking nights, especially!

Approximately 1 Lb. pre-cooked shrimp

1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice from fresh limes

Salt - to taste

Jalapenos- fresh or jarred jalapenos (less if you like it milder, more if you like it hot!)

- Don't forget to add a little of the jalapeno juice for the marinade


 Mix all ingredients together in a plastic zip lock bag and marinate for several hours in the refrigerator. We like to serve this in a jumbo margarita glass with some of the cilantro and peppers.
