Chicken Divon

~1.5 lbs broccoli                                                                               
6 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless           
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce                                       
1 tsp garlic powder                                                         
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
bread crumbs

1)      Bake chicken for 20 minutes.
2)      Cook broccoli until tender.
3)      Lightly grease or spray a 3-quart casserole. Place broccoli into casserole; top with chicken.
4)      Combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
5)      Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
