Chard Utopia
 
2 cups onions (minced)
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
In a frying pan saute in 1 tbs olive oil for 5 minutes.
 
2  1/2 lbs swiss chard (stemmed and finally chopped)
Add to frying pan and cook until wilted, 5-8 minutes
 
4-6 gloves garlic (minced)
1 tbs flour
Sprinkle in, stir, and cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes.  Remove.
 
2 cups feta cheese (crumbled)
1 cup cottage cheese
pepper to taste
Mix in.
 
1 lb frozen phyllo pastry sheets (thawed)
Place a sheet of phyllo in an oiled 9 x 13 pan.  Brush or lightly spray phyllo sheet with olive oil. Spread some filling evenly over top.  Add another phyllo sheet oiling it same as before. Keep repeating until phyllo sheets are gone. Tuck in the edges and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golder and crispy.
