Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole

1 lg cauliflower and broccoli       
1 cup croutons                                                                                      
2 tbsp chopped onion                   
2 tbsp butter                                     
1 cup milk                                                                                      
2 tbsp flour
2 cups cheese
garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley
2 eggs, well beaten

1)      Cut and steam broccoli and cauliflower until done.
2)      Place croutons in casserole and add broccoli, cauliflower, and onions.
3)      Make white sauce: melt butter, slowly add milk, add flour, turn on high heat and stir constantly until thickened. Pour over broccoli and cauliflower.
4)      Add cheese and mix. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
5)      Add beaten eggs and pour on top.
6)      Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
