Cabbage Coleslaw


1 head cabbage, shredded

2 to 3 carrots, peeled and shredded

2 tbsp red onion or 1 tbsp yellow onion, minced finely


Coleslaw Dressing:

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. white vinegar

2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp celery salt

salt and pepper to taste



1.  Combine shredded cabbage, carrots, and minced onions in a bowl.  If you have a food processor, you can shred all three ingredients together 

2.  Mix all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl.  

3.  Pour dressing to the cabbage mixture and toss well.


Tip:  Double the dressing if you want, you can always add more shredded vegetables.
