Broccoli Salad

 

  • 3 cups broccoli floretes
  • 2 cups red or green grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup celery, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 3 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 Tbs sunflower seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Dressing:
  • 2/3 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbs white vinegar
Instructions:
Combine raw ingredients. Mix together with dressing
just before serving.
Serves 4
