Beef Brisket

3 T liquid smoke

1 t garlic powder

1 t onion salt

1 t celery salt

1 (5-7pound) trimmed beef brisket

Worchester sauce

ground black pepper

Barbeque sauce (optional)

Combine liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and celery salt: pour mixture over meat and rub in.  Put meat in gallon zip-lock bag and refrigerate over night.   Place in a crock pot, sprinkle meat with worcestershire sauce and black pepper to taste.  Cook on slow all day.
