Basil Pesto

2 cloves garlic

2 1/2 cups basil leaves

2 Tbs pine nuts or walnuts

1/2 C olive oil

3/4 C parmesan cheese freshly grated


In food processor first puree the garlic. Next add the basil and pine nuts. Add the olive oil slowly as you blend these together. Next add the parmesan and blend until finished.
