1 cup Tamari or other good naturally fermented soy sauce
1 cup saki or grapefruit juice
1 tsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger root
1 chicken, cut into pieces or chicken pre-cut in pieces (thighs work well)
2-3 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
Mix tamari, grapefruit juice/saki,  honey and ginger.   

Add chicken and marinate overnight, turning occasionally.   You can place in a plastic bag or glass Tupperware bowl, which you then just have to turn over.

Grill or broil.
