BAKED HAKE

Time: 15 minutes 

-1 whole hake, dressed.
- 1 lemon.
- Bread crumbs.
- 1 glass of white wine.
- Oil, parsley and salt.

Make some shallow cuts on the skin of the hake. In each cut place a lemon slice. Sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley, white wine, oil and salt all over the fish. Bake at 350. From time to time pour its own cooking juices over it. Cook until tender.
