Spinach Adobo

1lb or 1 bunch spinach

2 to 3 cloves minced garlic (or more)

½ tbsp oil

salt & pepper

 

Sauce: (mix the following in a bowl)

½ tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp white vinegar

2 tbsp water

 

 

  1. Brown garlic with oil in a pan
  2. Saute cleaned and dried spinach with the brown garlic.  Cook until wilted.
  3. Poor in the sauce mixture and stir with the vegetables until its simmering.
  4. Serve hot  as a side dish.
