Greek Style Veal Cubes

2lb. Wild Type ranch Veal Cubes

1 tsp Lemon-Pepper seasoning

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 finely chopped small onion

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 1/2  cup chicken broth

1/2 cup black or kalamata olives

1 tsp Greek or Italian seasoning

1/2 lime or lemon, thinly sliced


Sprinkle veal cubes with lemon-pepper.  Brown veal cubes, onion and garlic in olive oil.  Add remaining ingredients and cook on low heat for two hours on the stove, or 5 hours in the crock-pot.


Serve over saffron rice.
